Shipping & Returns
We know that quick delivery is important to you and we are constantly working hard to achieve that. Please be patient however, orders can take up to 7 business days to ship.
- Shipping and Delivery dates are estimated for you during checkout. This is only an estimate from the carrier and NOT a guarantee. This estimate does NOT include fulfilment time. You should expect 1-3 business days (as defined by the USPS) for Priority shipping, and 3-7 business days (as defined by the USPS) for standard delivery once the order has shipped. We do NOT guarantee delivery times. Note: Shipping times can be affected by many factors such as holiday seasons, political unrest, etc.
- We are not responsible for packages once they are turned over to the shipping carrier. Shipping information and notifications are sent to the email you provide during checkout. If there is an issue once the package has shipped you are encouraged to contact the carrier (USPS) with your provided tracking information right away. Any and all packages that have been scanned by the carrier are in their custody from that moment forth and are no longer our responsibility. We will not accept losses nor be expected to accept losses for any issues that may arise between the carrier and the customer. Any and all issues or disputes regarding shipping once the package has been taken into the carrier's custody must be resolved with the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. (You may file a lost or missing package report with the USPS here.)
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will also get an email notification when your order has shipped, when it is in transit to your shipping address, and when it has been delivered. There will be a link in the emails to track the shipment.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email and your payment method was charged,
- The email might have been mistakenly blocked by your ISP. Please check your spam box. If the emails are indeed going to spam, please mark the emails as "Not Spam". You may also add us to your contact list to ensure they pass your spam filter in the future.
- The email you entered during checkout could be mistyped. Please contact us at: email@example.com
- If you received a delivery notification but the package was not delivered, we recommend contacting your neighbors as soon as possible. As unfortunate as it is, we have found that in many cases the carrier mistakenly delivered the package to the wrong address and this simple action resolves the matter promptly. If this does not resolve the matter in your case, please contact the carrier with your provided tracking information.
When the package is turned over to the third party shipping carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. This transfer of custody is recorded in the tracking history. If there is an issue once the package has shipped you are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier with your provided tracking information promptly. Any and all issues or disputes regarding shipping once the package has been taken into the carrier's custody must be resolved with the carrier directly. Faktory 47 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In the rare case that there is a problem with your order such as an incorrect product, faulty printing, etc., then you may be eligible for a return. In such cases, you must contact us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with all of the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Picture(s) that accurately depict the problem
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for a response as we will need to investigate the issue. If the information requested above is not provided, the case may be delayed or not eligible for a return. Issues that are not eligible for returns include but are not limited to:
- We do not accept returns for a customer ordering an incorrect size, so please make sure to order the correct size according to our sizing guides depicted on every product page.
- We do not accept returns based on delivery time that does not meet a customer’s expectations. We are clear in our Shipping Policy that orders can take longer than expected. Our shipping times are only a guide, based on real data from our average shipping times. We do not guarantee delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, then please email us at: email@example.com. We will review your case and get back to you with more information and only after 30 business days can we review if an item has been lost in transit.
- We do not accept returns based on the customer incurring any customs fees for International orders that are out of our control.
